Case Quesetion: Which one should I get?

Right now, I'm trying to figure out which case would be best for me to get.
I would be placing the box underneath the seat on the driver's side. Here's a list of what I plan to put in it.

    Opus 90W
    VIA EPIA M10000
    Segate 40GB 5400 rpm
    512MB PC2100
Toshiba Laptop Internal 8xDVD + 24x CD ROM

I've been looking at the Casetronic C138 mini-ITX, but I was looking at some other smaller and cheaper cases. I like the Morex 3677, it looks sleek and it's small. But I have two questions with this one. 1) Will my PSU fit inside this box if I replace the 60W PSU that comes with it? and 2) Will heat be an issue? If it is, would drilling holes in the sides and possibly placing another fan inside be a good solution?

Get the one that fits where you want to mount the PC in your car.
The Opus power supply can be external to the case or can be removed from its housing (if you dare) to fit in smaller cases.

You'd know that if you'd use the feature...
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

You should be able to squeeze an opus 90W into a C138 if you remove the existing power supply. The morex I don't believe will take a 3.5" HD.

If a C137 will fit that'd be a good choice.
    EPoX mATX SocketA w/onboard Geforce4MX / 512MB PC2700 / AthlonXP 1600
    Lilliput / DVDrom / Opus 150W / WD 3.5" 160GB / SB Audigy NX
XP home / Road Runner / iGuidance 4.0

Oh, I wasn't going to put a 3.5" HD in there anyways, that was a 2.5" HD.

Fitment of the PSU in the Morex box was the minor one of my 2 questions. I'm more worried about heat. I knew I could just mount the PSU on the outside of the box, then I wouldn't have to worry about heat inside, but I would like to keep everything inside the box to make things look neat.

I have the morex 3677 with a p4 board in it. The 3677 has 2 fans mounted on the side and heat hasn't been a problem for the 3 weeks I've been running it.

Not sure about size of the Opus 90w, the 3677 come with a 120w, but I removed it and now use an Opus 150 mounted externally.
