    thanks for the post guys the serial port does look cool but i already used it up for the switches the usb is cool though and phidgets has a usb 4 port relay usb board just what i whanted thanks. hey frodo any chance of helping with the soft side of things i know u are good with gui's and the software i am using for the switches realy is'nt for touchscreens

    Phidgets are super easy to program for, you should need no help.

    thanks to all of you're post i got out the c++ book and downloaded visual c++ microsoft and think it will be easy to do thanks again
