    Question Palm interfacing Book PC

Has anyone thought about interfacing a Palm with the BookPC. Since there is no Serial port, could any of the programs out there (ie. Busker, http://www.hausofmaus.com/busker.html) use USB or something?

Also, I'm curious to see anyone using an LCD with the BookPC! (Pics, info, etc)

    Thanks

IronCreek Software (www.ironcreek.net) is "supposedly" coming out with a WinAmp control for the USB visor. Of course, their site has been down since at least January. They updated it on Feb 28th saying that they had software coming out soon. It hasen't been updated since.

I don't think Busker is even available in serial version anymore.

    hey crow,

ive got a bookpc with a 4" partsexpress lcd screen, since the bookpc has a composite out on it and the lcd has composite video in, its just a matter of connecting cables. So far its working pretty well. Ive taken some pictures but havent been able to scan them in yet, but as soon as I do I'll post and address and info.

Cool. Look forward to seeing the pics! I was also thinking about getting the 4" partsexpress, but I'm waiting to see some pics on the 5" flip lcd (see "Complete 5 LCD Screen" discussion post).

I have a Book PC and a 5.6" Screen. I also use the IRMan with a serial to usb adapter and a program called PCRemote control. I have a pretty finished looking setup. You can't tell that I have the computer in my car besides the IR keyboard reciever and the big red switch for the inverter! I'll have more pictures up when I have time. My web page is http://www.geocities.com/rav4mp3
