PCI Radio card better than USB??

Just wondering if a dedicated Pci radio would be better than a USB radio.

For people that have used the USB model, what is the bass response like. I have 2 d-link tuners at the moment and they has barely any bass output.

Has anybody used the PCI version. Thought it looked like a better circuit and wouldn't be limited by the power it could draw like the usb version.

What is the progress on Seth's radio?
