Was wonderin this cause someone told me that the regular US 33c wont work.
How much then? extra 1 or 2 or 3 stamps?

So how do i mail it? Go to post office and give them $4??
Or can i just put like 10 stamps on it??

You will have to go to the post office and tell them were you want to send the parcel. They will weigh it, tell you how much it will cost and give you the necessary stamps.
If it is an international delivery you will also have to fill in a green customs form.
