    Question LCD cleaning

    I have a 2x20 character LCD display that needs cleaning and I was wondering what’s the best way to do it. I know this sounds like a stupid question but after putting the effort into soldering it I’d hate mess up the polarized glass on the display.

    Right now I’m thinking a camera lens cleaner... any better suggestions?

    When I was working on mine, I got fingerprints all over it. I just sprayed it with windex and wiped it off. Didn't hurt it.

    Just make sure it's dry before you turn it back on
