which board to use ???

Ok I'm redoing my system... cleaning up cables OS stuff and what not.. I've found that I can fit a slightly larger motherboard where i currently have my M10000.. now this is my question i have laying around this mobo Biostar M6VLQ VIA Socket 370 ATX Motherboard and Intel Celeron 1.3GHz Processor

Being that its a low power CPU as well would i see any performance increase over my M10000 ??

Also would the PW-70 I'm using to power my itx work (with an ATX extension cable) with this board??

Also could DVD playback be done decently on USB 1.1?? (USB DVD drive)

Any insight on this would be helpful....

lol....yea they do.. i've learned a lto fo stuff from this board... and thats why i'm asking here.. i dont feel like configuring both systems and testing which one is better.. just thought someone may have an answer
