    44 pin IDE to PCMCIA?

Is there such thing as a 44 pin IDE to PCMCIA(PC card) adaptor?

or a 40 pin IDE to PCMCIA?

No? First Google hit for "IDE to PCMCIA" yields this. Not cheap (maybe cheaper elsewhere, I hardly did an extensive search), but they clearly exist.

    Is ing so hard?

if you want a pcmcia to ide then i would say
