I'm only saying this bacause I like critisism about my web designs. White text with a black and white backround lead to an empty bottle of advil and a frustrated reader. Try changing that a little.....Maybe grayling up the white in the backround to a dark gray so its mor like a water mark.

OK, so you take a screen full of information, remove 25% of that for the banner ad, remove ANOTHER 25% (in some cases more) for the static image, and you're left with about 50% of the screen. Now split that 50% in half, so you see 25% above the static image and 25% below.

What you end up with is a cute site that someone will look at for say, 20 seconds.

Sorry to be so critical, but I agree with mp3pc. If you have to have that static image, at least change the color so it's one hue lighter than the background. That makes it look more like a watermark and less in your face. Then people can read the text!

My eyes hurt. I think I'm going to lay down for a while. Mabey drink a beer. Yeah, a beer would be nice right about now..... Who wants to join me? In my case, my box cost was about 30-40 percent beer. Anyone else?

Sorry, I got off subject. Pretty good info on the page. But like everyone else is saying, ease up on the contrast and lose the static image. Good luck.

I'm using Netscape 6 (the only web browser that complies with the World Wide Web standards) and the text doesn't even show up unless I highlight it.
