Audigy2 NX LineIn No Surround?

I'm not getting sound from the rear speakers when I'm using XMDirect from LineIn of my Audigy2 NX. Am I missing something? Can somebody confirm if the Audigy2 NX's LineIn sends audio to all channels not just stereo?

I'm not certain but I believe to upmix to 4 channels the Audigy needs to do a A/D-D/A round trip. If you just set the mixer to route line-in to the outputs it wouldn'ts suprise me if it didn't/couldn't do the upmix. You're probably going to need to use an application that can capture the line-in channel and play it back live. This would allow you to do the upmix via your settings in the EAX console.

I guess you're right. Creative tech guy told me Line In only outputs stereo. Suxx.
