Cooling for Morex 60W PSU... What parts will get hot?

Hi, i have all but finished my custom case installation, including a fan above the EPIA mobo to keep temperatures in check. But i noticed now that my Morex 60W PSU + Car Regulator are getting warm (perhaps hot - i just noticed that the case is warming up around where they are)

Now the thing is, it will be difficult to get a fan blowing over the entire PSU + Regulator component, due to the confined space and wires etc. So my question is, what part of the PSU needs to be cooled? Any particular components on it? Does the Regulator bit also need cooling?

    Any help is greatly appreciated
