CD/DVD-rom? screen? am/fm/sat radio? Sound Card?
All depends on your budget. It seems that nothing can beat the opus, so that's what I'd recomend. Search around for others' experiences with the 150 and 90's, go 90 if you can for price and the ability to use usb devices and not power them when the comp's off.
For the case, a piece of lexan or plexiglass would work, just don't forget some sort of vent holes. Apart from the lexan you'll need motherboard stand-off's and to devise not only how you'll want the motherboard situated, but also how you'll mount the hard drive.

Yes it will have a CD/DVD, i have a 7" tuch screen that i already have powered but is it better to power it from a regulated soruce?
all radio is coming from my HU, and for sound card i just need USB for the XA-300.

the more i think about it i think a real case would be better cause then i can take it out of the car if i want.

any one know how hard it is to make your own case out of plexi/ lexon, i have seen the pics and it looks so easy but i know i would make it look bad. lol

The reason i want to sell it is i dont want to tear it up to put a wired power switch up front and the way i have it mounted in the trunk it takes about 15 min to do a hard reset (hold powerbutton) it has locked up a few times last week that has made me have to do that.

That’s what I have been doing and it works ok till it get s critical error and to do a hard reset takes 15-20 min to do.

But I have just cleaned up the system a lot and am going to modify my laptop box so I can fold the seats down and slide it out the back and maybe make a remote power button.
