Just recently i have been getting an error on boot where it says something about a Checksum error and that it is loading default Bios. I can hit F1 to continue or del to get into the bios setup. If i don't load the default bios settings i will continue to get this error.

I have gotten this error 3 or 4 times within the last few weeks.
