Just thought id tell you all about their service department.. My power inverter blew up (portawattz 140).. i think i reversed polarized it at sometime or another (hooked up positive to negative)... anywyas i emailed them and they said to get a RMA and ship it back, called them, got rma #, and shipped it out. I just got a package from them today, and its a brand new power inverter! The one i sent in had quite a few scratches, was probably blown to hell, and had the cigarette adapter cut off, and they send me a brand new portawattz 140, still in the plastic package.. and get this, its even the new model with outside fuse and alarm...

So if anyone is wondering about the support at statpower, it rulez! It took about 2-3 weeks from the time i shipped till i got one back.. better than the 4-8 like alot of other companies.
