Post Where can I get a power supply about 2.5 inches high?

I just ordered a case that I will use, but it's dimensions are 12x12x2.5. I was wondering where I could find a small AT power supply less than or equal to 2.5" high

Why dont you use a DC->DC converter?
It wont be more than 1in high...

    And will take less room.
Can you put one toghther yourself?

Try asking the guy from www.gtweb.net . I emailed him awhile back about ordering one of the tiny atx power supplies that are included in the rackmount cases, and he said there wouldn't be a problem getting single power supplies from him. Can't remember the prices he quoted me at, but I will be ordering one sometime this summer.

If you are electronically minded, try Sproggy's website, he has all the details for making your own PSU. I have and its great!!!

What was the price he quoted you on the seperate supply. I wouldn't mind the entire case if it wasn't almost 300 bucks!

I don't exactly remember the quoted prices, but he quoted me for the 150w at powersupply (think that's what it is) and also for the 300w atx powersupply. If ya just give him an email, I'm sure he'll give you an update on the prices. He's a real friendly person to deal with.
