Thread: PROJECT ST34LTH : Project Car Purchased w/PICS

Engram : Im not really sure what you are trying to say. Are you saying that project management or that my pictures suck. I will be the first person to say that the pictures I took are horrible. If you read the post however, I did mention it was horrible weather outside. In fact these pictures were taken after my 21+ hour drive back from TX which I accomplished in only one sitting. So, pardon the bad pictures. I will be sure to post some more asap.

DarquePervert : I appreciate your post and its always good that someone understands the project management process. It may be a lot of work but it pays off in the end. Also, it really is good to see that most everyone on here is looking for the same things. Its really fantastic to be in such a nice community where everybody seems to be heading in the same direction. =)

no1knows : I was wondering if somebody was going to crack on that. Yeah, the dictionary definition was only on there to clarify the full meaning of the word. I know we have a lot of international members on this board so I wanted to make sure everyone saw where I was going with it. I also learned a little myself once I pulled up the definition.


Enforcer : I love black on black cars. I am thinking about switching out the factory wood with just piano black panels and doing some other things to darken the interior a little more. I saw your signature but I didnt see what you drove. What is your 'black on black' sweetheart.

edit : I just saw your profile and it looks like you have a bimmer. I sold my M3 not to long ago and I loved the car. Have you looked into any sort of i-bus integration?

It's only a E36 so there isn't much i-bus stuff. the stereo is a pioneer after market. Not sure if the OBC has any i-bus conncetions but I am trying to look into it. Have just picked up an E46 steering wheel with MF to replace my standard one. Hoping to utilise the buttons in some way. if not I-bus just hack it and use them as on/off switches.

I was having a lot of problems with the car not to mention it was not really fun to drive everyday. I bought this car as a daily driver and put myself on the list for the new M with the V8. I may even get a new M5. Not sure yet. This car is only my daily driver.
