My next generation Front End is right on schedule.
It will be done sometime in the next generation.

Couldn't put it better myself... Has anyone told him there is no longer a need for the PCR?![]()
thats pretty cool I think. Hoepfully XM picks it up. Just for thesake of innovation.

Come to think of it, he is not doing this for us, meaning, he is not looking to sell it directly to end users.Originally Posted by judoGTI
I think, could be wrong, he is attempting to entice XM Radio to buy the design from him to revive the XMPCR in away that please RIAA and in the same time he makes some real $$$ out of it.
Problem is, it is not going to sell:
1- Expensive - all this protection stuff
2- No ID3 tags for recording
I am happy with my XMDirect and home made cable, total cost under $50and supported by every thing out there with the exception of the XM Radio PC SW, but, no one is using it any way. I love XtremePCR and the various front ends we have here.
edit: What inovation? nothing new here, his method has been arround for long.
