I have it narrowed down to a couple choices, but since I've never built my own PC before I want to make sure I'm not missing any pros/cons on the parts. Any and all advice would be helpful.
ASUS "A7N8X-VM/400" nForce2 IGP Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU -RETAIL
ASUS "A7V8X-MX SE" KM400 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket A CPU -RETAIL
I need a card with good multi monitor support my for headrest displays. I know the GeForce works well for this because I have it in my home PC and connected to my TV. The problem is that its power consumption is 65W and the ATI Radeon card is only 35W. Anyone know how well the ATI cards do multi-display?
ASUS nVIDIA GeForce FX5200 Video Card, 128MB DDR, 64-bit, TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "V9520 Magic/T" -RETAIL
ASUS ATI RADEON 9200SE Video Card, 128M DDR, 64-bit, TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "9200SE/T" -RETAIL
The price differences are not a concern to me, I just want to get the right thing the first time and not worry about saving a couple bucks. Thanks for the help.
Spent so far: $1,755
