The board is made my VIA that's about the only thing they have in common. That's a big motherboad, not an ITX formfactor.

it looks like the same size to me. I have an xpc formfactor board, and its bigger then that board. If you look at the picture it looks just like an itx board. Another thing it has in common is the single pci slot. Though its not stated, i'm pretty sure this IS a mini-itx. Also this board has the same processor as the m10000.

Looks like a flex-ATX board. A bit larger than mini-ITX. Most, if not all, SFF boards are flex-ATX.

Similar power requirements I am sure, I was looking at that when I got me small form factor stuff, but I needed TV out, and I have dealt with trying to get a proprietary thing like that from a different manufacturer, it wasn't pretty.

The board itself is 50mm longer, has more USB 2.0 ports (6 versus 4), two ram slots instead of 1.

I don't know if has the same onboard video with MPG2 acceleration or not.

funny you say that about video, under expansion slots it says 1x PCI, 1x TV Out, doesnt look like that in the picture. i wonder what they mean by 1x tv out expansion slot

probably just an svideo or RCA header on the mobo or a small slot like and AMR slot to put a back panel tv-out into.
