How to cut usb power when in standby

When im going into standby mode, all my usb devices are still powered. This is draining my battery of my laptop. With all previous laptops i had, all powered was cut when i went to standby mode.
I know there are options in config->system->hardware to disable the 'Allow this device to wake up from standby', but they are all disabled. I have 2 usb ports with 1 4ports hub (passive) and connected: gps, touchscreen, usb sound on the hub and a wifi on the other internal usb port. Only the usb sound switches itself off.

    Anyone with some suggestions? Thanks!
