    That's why you swap the knobs out for fresh ones every couple of years.

    Try to get them off cars by the same manufacturer and same time period then it look more OEM.

    Yeah I figured I have a PC everythere else. Why not in the car. Besides I aquired a very small setup from work, so it's a good setup to mount in the car.

    If you want to make a powermate type device, investigate Arcade controls and PC to arcade interfaces.

    Haven't got any direct links, but if you google for Mame-cabinets, a lot of guys build dedicated Mame PC's built into old or replica arcade cabinets replacing the switch gear with modern versions and PC interfaces.

    I reckon with arcade rotary switch, a momentary switch mounted on top in the correct way, and an interface you could use something software to convert that to mouse or key movements.
    4x4 in a turbo stylee.
