    Via Epia M10000

I've got an Epia M10000 mainboard but it won't power up when a device is connected to one of the USB ports. Is doesn't respond when I press the power button. Only when I remove all the usb devices it will power up.
    Anyone who knows this problem?

look at the top of all of the capacitor. if one of them is raised in the middle you've got a bad cap. there is are several threads on here stating that all of the EPIA are prone to having the caps go bad eventually, and suffering from symptoms similar to these. Take a picture of a closeup of the board and post it.

    Problem solved

    My problem is solved.
I tried another power supply. Now the system powers up perfectly. Also with the USB devices connected...

BTW... my Mobo has the new 'nichi.... something' capacitors and they looked fine.

    Thanks!
