i have 3 120 gb WD hard drives..2 in my home pc and 1 in the car. no problems so far from any of them

I've seen almost every major brand of hd mentioned here die...but i do have a preference for Seagate. They have a good warranty program.![]()

Not too tight. The point of the rubber is to damp vibrations. If you do it too tight, it'll degrade that. If you do it too loose, it'll still vibrate. Firm is what you want. Not too tight, not too loose.Originally Posted by da_kooz
