MANUAL
Page 35 (3-2).
Really... How hard is it to get a PDF manual from a motherboard manufacturer? Every manufacturer has them on their website....
Dusting off my M10000 and trying to go back to it from a laptop setup.
Seems like I have the boot order as HD, then CD, but I can't get the BIOS setup menu to come up (there's no prompt for it)
The only prompt is to hit ESC, which gives me the choice to boot off network then local disks, off local disks then network, or boot according to bios setings.
Ideas?
I've tried a combination of booting with and without keyboard, mouse, etc.
If I disconnect the HD and start, it goes to the CD fine, but obviously can't install windows.
keep hitting delete to get into the bios setting, i wont make u search
Thank you.Originally Posted by trance728
the sad thing is that it would have taken less time to say hit delete than to set up a link to the manual

Could've done without the "Friggin n00b" comment.Originally Posted by antimatter
I post on a number of other boards regularly, and cut noobs some slack. That's all.
What makes you a friggin' n00b is the fact that you dive into a forum and want an answer to something that's readily available to you from an external source.Originally Posted by 99C5Vert
It's not even a CarPC thing, specifically. It's a general PC question.
Frankly, anyone who's trinkered with a PC at any point knows this. I'm not going to fault you for not knowing. I do, however fault you for not bothering to even try to locate it yourself.
And I gave you some slack in the form of a link to the manual as well as the page in the manual that contained the answer to your question. Feel lucky. I'm usually not that giving. Ask Antimatter.![]()
