New Setup (Comments / Suggestions Appriciated!)

Ok well. I'm a uber noob when it comes to carputers so bear with me. If you have a short temper, please hit the "back" button now and don't waste any more of your time.

Anyways after days and hours of research I put thogether this system. Let me know if I can improve it (money is not a concern) or any other comments.

If you simply must have the onboard video, I'd recommend the Abit NF7-M over the A7N8X-VM. It is worth making the extra room for it in most situations. It may even be worth it to lose the onboard video and go with the NF7-S.

If cost is truly no matter to you, then the 3000+ is no problem, but you could (read: "I would") go with a 2500+ or 2600+ and be just as well off. They cost less and perform no different. Maybe even better.

The ram you chose may be too slow for the processor unless you intend to run the fsb at 266. (don't do that unless you have no choice) Then again it may do perfectly fine. I don't know how far that stuff can be pushed. Nice timings, though.
