Heatsink and fan for XP Mobile 2400 (35w)

Anyone had good luck with a particular hS and fan. I'll be running an AMD XP MObile 2400 (35W) on a Biostar M7NCG-400. I wan't to make sure it adequately cools while keeping loudness and size to a min, thanks.

Any HSF combo designed for an AthlonXP will work.
Zalman HSFs are big, but designed to be quiet.
Personally, I'm going to use a low-profile cooler like this: http://www.directron.com/cck6012.html
Since the Mobile XP runs cooler, it should work quite nicely, I think.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

how about having to hack anything on the motherboard in order for the XP-Mobile cpu to work correctly in a desktop mobo?

i have a similar setup, see my sig. In any case, I'm currently using a Gigabyte cooler (GIGABYTE Neon Cooler 7 GH-ED721-LC). My system is mounted under my chair, and I can't even hear it. Thus far, it's kept my system cool, and the true tests will be coming up here as the temps here in Phoenix approach 110 degrees. So far, so good! It also looks cool with the blue LEDs lol, and only cost $12.50 at newegg.com! Only downside is that it's pretty damn big, barely fits snugly under my seat.

    going off topic for chita,
i couldn't get it to work right outta the box, but after some help from somebody else w/the same prob, all that was needed was changing the fsb and multiplier in the bios. (note: you need an overclockable mb to do this). No other "hacking" or wire tricks were needed *thankfully*.

p.s. thus far, I havn't had any reboots or lockups related to cpu compatibility or heat.

in the car, it can go past 140 degrees if left outside in the sun lol. I've seen my temp reading get around 120 degrees out by the pool last summer. Currently I barely have my 2200 mobile overclocked a hair, don't remember the settings hehe, but if it gets unstable, I'll underclock it (main reason for getting an oc'able mb).

    i have 6-7 usb devices:
bt dongle, multi-card reader, cell phone cable, touchscreen, wireless logitech controller, blue el keyboard, and a usb mouse i sometimes plug in.
