    ok just did that took out the psu and no fan no nothing nothing connected to it not even the mobo . i need a bench testing psu for my new rig anyway not a total loss i guess

    ok so it was the damn cmos battery or something of the sort popped it out now it works at least for now maybe its low ill goget a new one just to be sure. odd tho cause i got a new psu and put it in and it was the same problem i should have spent more time trouble shooting then jumping to conclusions oh well i got a new psu yay
