Exclamation Epia 800 boot up problems

Hey guys, I just picked up a used Epia 800 mobo from another mp3car user. I'm having some problems with it that I need help with.

Like I said it's a used Epia 800. I also got a mini AC power supply that I'm using with it. I have a stick of 128 meg PC100 ram in the mobo.
When I power up the system, nothing shows on the screen.

Directly after powering up the system, there's one long beep. Three seconds after that there's two successive tones, first one is a high tone and the second is a low tone.
    Sounds like this: Deeew, Duuuh
Like an old school video game or something.

Following that, nothing further happens. The system stays powered up, processor fan and hard drive still spin - and nothing on the screen.

Can anyone help me further with this? I tried using a regular desktop sized AC power supply, same results. I tried unplugging the hard drive and just booting with the memory only, same results. I have another memory chip that I believe is a 256 mb PC100 or 133. I tried that chip as well and got the same results.

I tried searching the net to find out what the different boot up error codes mean, and I can't find anything anywhere. The user manual for the mobo doesn't give much help. I also haven't come across anything else about this on the forums here.

Any ideas or suggestions? do you think it may be memory related? My next step is to try the memory in another machine to make sure its fine.

My 800 acts up a lot. It's very annoying. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but I found that bending the board fixed it. Try playing with it and make sure everything is seated properly....the old school nintendo trick of blowing on the ram stick and then inserting it works also...haha but it's not good
