Radio for RR in CH

Morning to all :)
I have installed mypc in my auto (see pics below),
now i want to connect a hardware to have radio to the PC using RR.
I live in Switzerland.I think will ot be a problem for radio station.
I made a search in forum and google a lot of kind.
hardware exstern, usb sticks, pci, ecc...
Which one will work with RR?
