Then you won't know, will you.
Test it with an ATX PSU, and see.
You could also try with a multimetre, and see if power comes out of the PSU.

So atx power supplies have the same outputs.

Good idea with the multimeter, i'll try that as well when i get home tonight.

Also, on a side note, i posted in for sale forum, but dows anyone have an extra micro-atx power supply they want to sell or trade (or give me)? Or does anyone know where to get one for really cheap? Thanks all.

ATX is the standard, in terms of connectors and the wires that go into it, not its size.

- Pull Drives power connector out and the main ATX power connector out.
- Short pin 13 and 14 on the ATX connector to see if the PSU turn on.
- If not, the PSU is likely going SOUTH.
- If it turn on, the problem could be somewhere on the mobo. Make sure to check the output voltage on all rail to see if the PSU out put within Spec (10% I think).

pardon my ignorance.. but how do u short a pin??

Use metal paper clip and connect the 2 together. Just make sure that "paper clip" doesn't touch the mobo or any sensitive parts.
