I'm really interested in this case but as far as I can tell, I can't hook up mij 2 extra USB ports and Firewire ports that came with my M10K. And I really need those extra ports...

The case is great, maybe produce one with the extra ports option + slimline DVD than it is really a diamond...

    Very nice case, small.

But it would be much better with a SLIM-DVD slot. It's a bit of a pain to have a USB EXTERNAL drive hanging around.

I'd really like a setup like this, but not without a SLIM-DVD slot inside the case.

    Thumbs up

Great case. Got this for my project. mounted it to the back fo my split folddown rear seat. So on extra hot days can fold the seat into the cabin and let the AC cool it down. There is no wasted space with this thing. But I like it very much I have a Epia MII 12000, M1-ATX powersupply, 80 GB 2.5 harddrive and a PCMCIA wifi card. I attached a external 4 port USB2.0 hub to connect keyboard, mouse, cd-rom, gps, and touch screen. I also ran two connectors to draw power for my USB cd-rom and my touch screen.
So far everything has worked flawlessly (about a month) Its been very hot here in the midwest with temps during the day of 95 to 105 F. The case itself takes up no trunk room, which is more than I can say for my last case.

sorry, but it's not clear to me from the store description: does this work with only passively cooled systems, or those with CPU fans as well???

I loved this case since I saw it first time, any chance anyone can tell me where "empty amp cases" can be purchased? or if mp3carstore has any plans on carrying larger stuff???

I really love this type of case cause it is "stealhy", but I dont want VIA at all, and am not quite ready for the high-cost, unsure of 800x480, heat, etc, issues of the p4 miniitxs.... maybe when mp3carstore has them I'll be convinced they are good enough
