Help I think my Epia M10000 is dead

A couple of months ago My Carputer wouldn't turn on. I had taken it out of the car 2 days before to do some upgrades and it just stopped working. I did have another motherboard so I just swapped out motherboards and all was well. I did try swapping the original one back but with the same results. Today I took it out yet again to do some upgrades. All worked well but when I took it back to the car It too would not turn on. My system fan and CPU fan turns. I also feel the hard drive spinning. But thats about it Now I have 2 mobos and have no idea what to do with them. Can Anyone help me and offer solutions to my delima?

Hang 'em on the wall and call 'em art.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Have you got the power switch connector the right way around?

Try resetting the CMOS, does the trick for me when it won't turn on at all.

I checked the power switch and tha is not the problem. Also tried resetting the cmos by changing the jumper but that did not help either

Have you tried hooking up to a AC power supply. I have never had trouble with epia boards and DC power, but Ihad a bunch of problems with various P4 boards working on opus150 watt dc power for a couple months than not working on DC power . When I would hook up to 150 watt ac power everything worked fine. Im not try to dis opus, but I had two powr supplies which did that, so I switched to a M1-ATX with a epia MII12000 and things work great. Probably should not have said that, now the thing will probably blow up
