Thread: "Function" Key Emulation ?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to emulate the "function" key on a laptop. This key usually controls Contrast, Volume, and sometimes the External Monitor enabling (my situation). The reason I need emulate (press) the key remotely is because when my laptop boots up by default the "External Monitor Feed" is turned off (thus I must go back to the laptop upon every boot).

If anyone has any ideas, please share...
