    Touchscreen Temperature Concerns

I was wondering if anyone else has any of the temperature concerns, that go with operating a PC in an automobile, especially with a touchscreen moniter.
Most of the specs that I have read, state a temperature range of between 40 deg F and 80 deg F. I currently live in Washington DC and as you can imagine the interior of my car experiences between 0 deg F and say 150+ deg F. I know that in the dead of summer / winter the temperature will destroy cell phones and other sensitive equipment, so I am a little apprehensive about installing $1000+ of computer equip. Has anyone had a problem with this and what was your solution.

    Thanks

here is what I did, and I also DID wire it to the internal power connector..

it seems to keep the temp way down during use.

I think I killed 3 touchscreens of different units while having them on for extended periods in a desktop environment.
