    Mounting a slim DVD drive &USB socket

    I have a slimline DVD drive that I intend to mount in my dash below the screen.

    I've searched and can't find a mount kit.

    What are you guys using?

    Also, does anyone know of a nice panel mount USB socket that I could mount in my dash?

    i installed it also below the screen. USB electronics was taken out of USB DVD ROM housing. it's just a little piece of electornics schema. this external housing i think you will find in any pc store. i don't know exact name of that piece, but it cost me ca 50 EUR. in UK it must be way cheaper
