I used a webcam and it's crap. Slow frame rate and can't use it until my PC boots up. I CAN record the footage though!!
I'm considering adding a camera to my car, maybe even front and back. I've read a lot of the threads here but they seem to be discussions mainly without many specific results.
Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced camera the decend day and night operation that would work in a bumper and feed to an RCA input on my monitor?
Does anyone have any image captures to show the kind of quality and field of view they are getting?
Thanks, Chris.

Whichever came you choose, make sure it is a CCD camera for optimal picture quality.

...bump...
is there a decently price(sub $200) CCD camera that anyone can recommend for quality? I would love something like stated in the first post that is sensitive enough to pick up images with my headlights on.
