    kbus - worth the time?

ok, so i just got my ibus card the other day...yay me. already i'm thinking kbus....well, i'm wondering if i should be thinking kbus. i found this link...

    http://www.plantlinksl.com/obd/obd3.htm

    also a USB model...

    http://www.plantlinksl.com/obd/obd5.htm

...the site there claims that these things have drivers for VB and C++

is there really a good reason to integrate to the kbus or ODB? it seems cheap enough. i just need a good reason.
