    Question EIO 5 inch LCD help

    First of all, I have connected the power to my LCD but the bottom part is black and top part is turned on. Does that mean the bottom backlight could be bad?

    Second, I connected the LCD but I get nothing on the screen. What can I be doing wrong? I connected the LCD with a cable I got from Radio Shack into the video input.

    i just opened up the lcd and confirm that only the half of the backlight is working. Does anyone know where I can get another one?

    I don't know if it's worth it yet since I didn't get it working yet. I emailed eio about the broken backlight but no response...
