Well, you could try using those electroluminecent night lights. Thats what I did. Go over to Wal-Mart or mabey a hardware store and pick up as many are needed to completly fill the back of the screen. Take them all appart and trim as necessary. Just dont cut off the power leads. These work off of about 100 VAC. So if you have an inverter powering your system, theres your power. This is a much cheaper way to backlight your screen. It only cost me 6 dollars (US) for mine to work. Good luck.
