I made an external harddrive using a laptop drive and an USB casing...It works well with my desktop and laptop but when I plug it into the car the touchscreen and everything else (USB) stops working...The computer doesnt lock up because the icon for the drive does appear under my computer when its plugged in and disappears when it is unplugged...I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem...I have checked and the drive is definitely getting enough power and you can hear the hard disk spinning just like when I use it in the house...Any help is much appreciated...
