Via Epia - MII vs SP

I've been looking around on the site for quite some time and I have figured it out... I am buying a Via Epia, just not exactly sure which one yet. The old celeron733 has seen its days. First off I would just like to say, money is not an issue, so don't let that confuse you.

I was looking at the MII12000, SP13000, or the SP8000. I do realize the SP supports ddr400 (up to 1gb) but really what is the reason for the higher price? Is there some type of substantial video jump in the SP? What is the biggest difference from the MII12000 to the SP13000/SP8000?

My main goal is to run my 60gigs of mp3's and play some divx. In the future GPS and a DVD player will be added, but that is far off.

I am leaning towards the SP13000, of course with a 1gb of 3200 slapped in there. Does anyone have any input over this?

I have the M10000, I noticed that it is a bit slow for my tastes (running Centrafuse). Thinking back, I would totally go for the SP13000 since connections (serial ata, spdif, tv out) are worth having. Not to forget but MPEG4 acceleration is a great feature. The M10000 does only MPEG2.

So far besides of CPU speed etc, it look like it work in 800x480 res (check out going thread for more info)

Yup, if I would not own M10k already, I would certainly buy SP.

Based on some of the reviews I've read the SP13000 is faster than the MII 12000 but it's not by much. For me it will come down to price. I'm also thinking about an Pentium M instead of VIA but again I'm debating this. I saw another solution but I need to figure out my power options. Will any of the M1-ATX on Opus work with this setup?
