Via Epia M1000 - RAM question

Can someone help me out, There was very little documentation with my VIA M1000 purchase. I was wondering what is the right speed RAM for this board? I looked on www.viaembedded.com but there is no epia m1000, only an epia M. It states that it takes 266DDR ram. I was wondering if this is correct. im not as familiar with that rating as im used to seeing PC2100, PC2700, etc. Anyway I want to go buy a 512 RAM chip for it today but I want to get the right speed/size. Any help is greatly appricated

Did you mean VIA M10000? If you did then it takes DDR266 (PC2100).

for the record, i bought faster RAM because it was cheaper.. I've read this is not ideal but i doubt it will affect performance.
