i wanna go with a lower power consuming system. i currently have a mini itx p4 mobo and p4 1.7ghz mobile chip. it runs at 1.2 ghz.
my question is im thinking about getting a mii12000 because its lower power. less heat and has built in pcmcia. now if i get this right they are both running at 1.2 ghz.
should i wait for the m2atx and power my p4 system? or should i use an m1atx which i already have and buy a mii12000 board and sell my p4 system.

i mean size not wattage. im trying to mount it in my cd changer case so i can free up some space. i need something exactly as big as the m1atx not one mm bigger

Yes, it will handle that with no problem.

it will, but the cpu is compleately diffrent, so you will feel a slight loss. But it will be fine.
