Ok, that's a good non-solution solution, but I'd still like to know why it happens only in these Intel boards; although I have a Boser board that also has Intel graphics and I never get any of these issues; so it gets more baffling by the second.
Btw, it never happens on VIAs.
Meanwhile, I'll keep testing with these new drivers and I'll keep you informed.

I have over 50 boards out there, because of my business, and I've never had it happen on a VIA, only Commell's; that's why I only use VIAs now.
When it happens to one of my customers, I usually just swap it for a VIA.
