You misunderstood me. I want to bulid in a system like BMW or Mercedes Night Vision. Here is the IR lamp and a camera in front of the car.

if im not mistaken thats the new mercedes benz s550. i dont know how well that camera can compare to the MB but im sure it will get the job done

whats funny about that car is that theres almost 8 different steps you need to go through to listen to the radio.

Yeah, but that dash is almost entirely made out of pixels ... imagine the possibilities from the manufacturer design... skins, custom colors, etc.

I saw this thing @ MB dealer, and was blown away by the quality of the darn thing. Awesome.

What would be cool is if I could mount this setup (camera & IR) in those rotatable spotlights you see mounted on copcars...the ones that kinda stick out of the driver door...so when I wanna see somethin at night I spin the camera & look @ the screen instead of tryin to spotlight half the neighborhood.
