Epia M10000 Flashing Bios Problem, Won't Flash

So I downloaded the latest driver from via's website which is labeled

I0100116.bin and the utility for flashing which is named awfl823b.exe.

So when I go to flash it flashes "Insuffecient Memory !"

    What do I do?

I bought this mottherboard from a member "Jackboot" and it seems to work perfectly except that I don't want the BMW logo so I want to flash the latest bios and that should remove it. Also the ethernet does not work, thats even more frustrating. I the light on the ehternet spot blinks and is on, but it doesn't show up in device manager. I'll see if its disabled in bios after I post this.

Ok here is the deal. I gave up on the flashing the bios, and now I'm moving onto a new problem with the Epia. It doesn 't want to recognize my Seagate Barracuda drive. It was working fine then the O/S froze and then it wouldn't recognize the drive at all. Not in the bios or anything. So I tried a few different IDE cables to make sure tha wasn't an issue, and it wasn't. It recognizes other drives so it has to be the Seagate drive. Has anyone else had problems getting a drive to recognize on the Epia M10000?
