    Question backlight for seiko M4024 40x4 lcd

    Hi,
    I have one of these lcds, but I can't figure out if it's backlit or not, does anyone have this model?

    hi
    i have the same lcd from www.allelectronics.com "LCD-91" and it has a backlit pcb under de lcd frame.

    It is a white pcb on mine and it is led based, but not connected to the 16 pins header. You need between 3 to 5 volts to control it, or with a trimpot ... to dim it.
