    M10000 VGA problem

I purchased a via M10000 motherboard and when i first hooked it all up in my room it worked fine the display was a little choppy but whateveer moving on anyway i unhooked everything and it all sat in a box for about a week then last night i put it back together and now the monitor cant pick up a signal from the motherboard. and not even my 8' monitor my 19' monitor cant pick up the signal either. is there somthing wrong with my mother board? i dunno if its happened to other people but this is kinda ****ing me off

Did you change the bios settings?
Do you see anything at boot?

You can always reset the bios by following the instructions in the manual. If you changed the BIOS settings for display type, it will drop signal to the VGA.
(if you changed it to TV or LCD, or something like that...)

that is wierd, try clearing the bios, see if that helps, or maybe it was broken while in storage? try a video card, see if that do anything,

It has the symptoms of a bios setting.....
I would try the BIOS reset first.....then go second Video card and see what happens.....

    Did you buy it new?

Try a new VGA cable. Check all your connections.
If not, I'd think it's something internal to the monitor. I can't help you troubleshoot that, but there are other members who can.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
