Shuttle mv 25 as a mobo?

Been lurking here for awhile, more than a little impressed with the knowledge and experience you guys have. Now, I'd like to tap that if you'll let me.

I'm getting ready to build an mp3 machine for my Sequoia, and wondered what opinions were on using the Shuttle mv 25 as a mobo?

Appreciate any input.

Hadn't heard of it, so I looked up the stats. It looks like a normal mATX board. Seems like it would work fine. A compromise between small and upgradability.

Not sure what you mean Arby, when you say upgradability. Can you expand?

It has PCI slots, instead of integrated everything. You can get a good sound card, video card with tv out, firewire card, etc.

Although, it's not as small as say, a FV24, which only has one pci slot and integrated everything, leaving very little room for upgrades.
