just a little tip for you. When talking to parts express be a total ******* to them... they seem to fix the problem faster that way rather then you agreeing with whatever they want. You have no responsibility for a package that was never recieved by you. for all you know parts express never shipped it (unless they have a reciept) so my tip is ***** at parts express for it until they send another unit. I dont understand why any professional company would ship usps anyway it sucks... I only use it cause its cheap but wouldnt trust it for anything over 50 bucks in value even if it is insured. just my 2 cents

i have never heard of a big company sending things other than fed ex or ups... but, if they claimed to send it thru the post office ask for the tracking number... have then fax you a copy of the shipping slip and other paperwork....

I have been shipping things thru the post office for quite sometime and they give you a number if you send the package and ask for delivery confirmation (granted it cost a few cents extra)
